Multiplayer account not working in Iphone 4s IOS 6.0.1

When i try to create an account, or even access my account info, intending to play a multiplayer game, the response is:

FAILED. UNDEFINED ERROR

I have an Iphone 4s IOS 6.0.1

How do I get a refund for this not working app?
